Can I try on the dress?

Yes, at home. You order, try on in peace, and keep only if it’s perfect. You get 1 free size exchange (Fit-Assured) or a 14-day return for standard unworn products.

How do I measure myself correctly to find the right size?

Wear a bra, measure the tape on the skin: Bust at the fullest point, Waist at the narrowest area, Hips at the widest area. Do you have a belly? Measure relaxed. Send us your measurements — we will quickly confirm your size.

The dress seems small — what should I do?

Wear the dress correctly: gently lift the skirt lining on your body to release the material at the waist — it will immediately sit correctly. If you still have questions, write to us and we will guide you.

Will the dress arrive by the event date?

We display the estimated time for the selected size/variant. Express option available for urgent orders.

How do I pay?

3D Secure Card, Cash on Delivery or Installments/BNPL (where available). No hidden fees — see the total before payment.

How do I receive the confirmations and the AWB?

You will receive a confirmation email and, upon shipment, the AWB & tracking details. Check the entered address and the Spam/Promotions folders. If you used a different email, check that inbox.

Where are the dresses made?

In Romania, at the LARIÉTTE workshop. We control quality, fit, and production deadlines.

What is the return policy?

14 days for standard products (unworn, with tags). Refund within 2–14 days after receipt. Made-to-Measure products are non-returnable; we offer alterations and alternative solutions.

I don't know which size to choose. Can you help me?

Yes. Send your bust/waist/hip measurements (+ height/weight and event date), and the stylist will recommend your size and, if needed, the Made-to-Measure option. Quick response.
