This policy applies to orders placed on lariette.ro and supplements the Terms & Conditions. In case of differences, this Shipping Policy prevails for shipping-related matters.


1) Shipping methods & coverage

Romania (door-to-door)

We deliver door-to-door via Urgent Cargus, FAN Courier, or Sameday to the address provided in the order.

International (door-to-door)

We ship from Romania, usually via DHL. We deliver to most EU countries. For non-EU destinations, please contact us before placing an order.

We do not deliver to post offices/pick-up points/lockers unless that option is explicitly displayed at checkout.


2) Shipping options & delivery times (Romania)

In stock (standard sizes)

Express Delivery: 2–4 business days for orders placed by 12:00 (EET/EEST).

Made-to-order (standard sizes)

  • Standard: 9–20 business days

  • Urgent: 6–9 business days (+50 lei; limited capacity; prior confirmation required)

Personalized (custom sizes)

  • Standard: 9–20 business days

  • Urgent: 6–9 business days (+50 lei; limited capacity; prior confirmation required)

Free shipping applies to the Standard 6–20 days option (made-to-order & personalized). For Express and Urgent, the applicable shipping fees are shown at checkout.


3) How shipping costs are calculated

Shipping costs and available options are calculated and displayed at checkout after you enter your address and delivery details.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we refund the cost of “standard delivery” (the cheapest option displayed); any extra fees for Express/Urgent are not refunded.


4) Order processing, handover to courier & ETA estimates

  • Orders placed by 12:00 (EET/EEST) are typically processed within the same day’s workflow; orders placed after 12:00 enter the workflow on the next business day.

  • Product/cart pages may display estimated ranges (e.g., “Arrives between Oct 06 – Oct 24”); these are indicative and depend on courier performance and capacity.

  • Maximum legal deadline: 30 days from contract conclusion (unless otherwise agreed).


5) Parcel tracking & notifications

After the parcel is handed over to the courier, we generate an AWB/shipping label and send a tracking link by email/SMS.

If the email address in the order is missing or incorrect, you will not receive notifications; contact us for details. Please also check Spam/Junk.


6) Changes, addresses & incomplete deliveries

  • Changes after acceptance: for operational reasons, we cannot change the shipping address or shipping option after the order is accepted.

  • Incomplete/incorrect addresses: may cause delays or parcel return. Re-shipping takes place after the address is corrected and any additional charges (if applicable) are paid.

  • Failed delivery / refusal: the courier may attempt delivery 1–2 times. Uncollected parcels are returned to us; re-shipping is available upon request and at the customer’s expense.


7) Urgent deliveries (6–9 days)

For orders using the Urgent 6–9 days option, an additional fee of +50 lei applies.


8) International shipping (summary)

  • Indicative transit time: 3–9 business days (may vary depending on country and formalities).

  • Customs duties & formalities: for non-EU destinations, customs duties/taxes are generally borne by the recipient (typical Incoterm: DAP).

  • Free standard shipping: applies only to Romania, as indicated at checkout/on the relevant page.


9) Parcel integrity & transfer of risk

Please check the parcel/packaging integrity upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, notify the courier and us immediately (photo + AWB).

Transfer of risk: risk passes to the customer upon receipt of the parcel. If you choose a carrier other than the shipping options offered by LARIÉTTE, risk transfers from the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier you selected.


10) Constraints & peak periods

During peak periods (Black Friday, holidays, severe weather), delays may occur beyond our control. We will communicate proactively whenever possible.


11) Related policies

  • Return & Refund Policy: return steps, logistics conditions (no post offices/lockers/COD), who bears the return cost, and rules on diminution of value.

  • Terms & Conditions: full contractual information, withdrawal rights, legal warranty, loyalty program, etc.
